Peruvian Adventure

Our Peruvian anniversary adventure was a great way to start our post newlywed year. First stop, the Sacred Valley. A collection of small towns with some colonial significance. Our fave SV place was Awana Kancha where natives hand spun, dyed and wove wool from alpaca.

For obvious reasons, C enjoyed this place.


We also stopped by the market in Pisac. Not overly impressed with this place, but they did sell giant steamed corn.


Last, we toured Ollantaytambo where C made use of his Pisac bargain.

After a full day of tours, we retreated to our hotel where we received complementary facial massages at the spa. Heavenly.
